The Outriggers Fish Taco Co. is part of Schafer’s Catering Services. We created a mobile food truck business specializing in producing “Outriggers Famous Fish Tacos”, and we are family owned and operated. Our service includes the use of our flagship 1951 Spartan Travel trailer conversion called the “Silver Bullet” delivered on site. We can also set up a buffet or serve boxed meals. Our Taco Trailer is available to hire for corporate, industrial, or neighborhood parties and events, public or private. Give us a call today!
